Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. We were very surprised by the size of the room, but it did not disturbed us at all, as it is a kind of unusual

Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

We loved our stay at this hotel. Having been to Greece on many occasions over the past 12 years this hotel is by far the the best we have stayed at. The family is warm, friendly and generous. Always a smile and nothing is too much trouble with good local knowledge and advice. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. We were 4 friends and we all stayed in the 1 room. We loved this hotel and wished we had planned our whole trip just to stay there. The room was great, the pool was perfect, the place and clean and very easy to get too. You are in walking distance of beach side restaurants and the beach.
