Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Christa the hostess was so warm and helpful. She assisted us with car rental issue and had suggestions for restaurant, had the times for the museums. Each day she made sure we had all the direction we needed to enjoy our time. The view was beautiful from our room. She loves animals and her dog and 5 cats were available for petting.

Very nice hotel, with a great swimmingpool in a nice garden. Close to a nice beach and Vlychada port. Very kind personal and Mr Michalis was super helpful. Our kids loved the swimmingpool and didn't want go to the beach... The perfect hotel to discover the south of Santorini. Good on-site restaurant. -

This is a wonderful small hotel and the woman who runs it is fantastic.
It was the best place we stayed in Greece during our 3 week trip and we
stayed several places that were almost twice as expensive but not as
good. The room is adorable and has a refrigerator and electric kettle
with all you need to make coffee or tea. The location is super 5 -10
walk to everything. Best of all Maria picked us up at the airport and
took us to the ferry when we left. She was the best part of Mykinos.

We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure. Hotel offers free ride from port to hotel and from hotel to port.Staff was very helpfull provided directions,maps and useful information.View from the pool is breathtaking.Kristikis(the host) has an excellent restaurant named The Mills.
