Very clean and well kept. The garden was still lovely green in November. :-) . Some toys for the children to use were available and they were very helpful when we needed to wash some clothes. Nica and big rooms with great balconies. OK with utensils etc. in the kitchenette.

We loved our stay at Livadi, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and more generous hostess, the apartment was really bright and clean and we had everything we needed. (parking, wifi, kitchen etc) Its really near everything in Plakias without being right on the main drag, so it was really nice and quiet at night.

The apartments are brilliantly located just above the resort with great views but only a short walk from all facilities
They are simply furnished but all you need is there - the terrace of our apartment was spacious and very relaxing.
