Everything - the fact that it was a small family run hotel, the service was very personal, there was nothing Irini or her family would not do for you, but equally they left you alone to enjoy the holiday. Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.
