The location is excellent as you can watch the dramatic sunset and has a
very good view of the Caldera. The design of the hotel is very Grecian
so if you want to experience or feel like an ancient Greek, this is the
best place! ;) It's beautiful during nighttime. It's not to far
from the main street where you can have coffee or dine in a very good
restaurant and enjoy some Greek cuisine. It is also very accessible to

I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. They booked the best restaurants in town

Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

More than that, it's one of the best views of the Caldera that we
found on the whole island. Andreas and the rest of the staff were
extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, while the room itself was

Marizan has been the most impressive stay in the decade for me and my wife.
We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment.
The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.
Georgia and Giannis (Owners) took care us very great, we felt warm like staying at home.
It takes only 10 minutes to the center of Oia.

The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. The house is situated in the very heart of Oia. The view is really fantastic. You can either spend some time at the verandah enjoying the marvelous view (which is probably the best all over) or you can walk along the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants which is a few steps away. The bus station is also very close. The house is very nice and clean, and it was a pleasant and unusual experience to live in a traditional Greek house. We could hardly find a better place to stay in

one of the words I would add is ritualistic. the area of oia is in general, but caldera villas allow visitors to feel that connection with nature, history, and raw simple goodness through its dialogues with the cliffs and human settlement. The decor, strategies in design, the food, the hospitality and flexibility of the staff etc. guarantee a wholesome stay.

The place is very comfortable and designed with a good taste. The delicious breakfast was served by the pleasant host of the hotel on the terrace with amazing view to caldera. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian street and it`s within 10 minutes walk from the sunset viewpoint. There is a tavern near the hotel with reasonable prices and nice food. The presence of the cute Bella (the host`s dog) added the lovely charm to the cosy atmosphere of the hotel.

This was by far the most amazing trip of my life! If you do NOTHING else your entire Life, go to Santorini. Angel Caves made my experience that much better. Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.
