  This hotel is in an excellent situation in the main shopping area of Kolonaki. It is in a pedestrian walk way with lots of cafes and shops. The room was great. - Good location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, free internet access. No complaints!

  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. They even help to store our luggage even when we return from the islands and we had a day full left before the return flight in the evening... hva folk sier » . The facilities are older but you can see the stuff does the best to keep it clean. Breakfast was good plentiful. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro.   The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. Strolling through the plaka and vendor stalls, you will find yourself next to the ancient agora on one side and rows of tony restaurants - Location: The location is great, just a few blocks from the Syntagma Square and in walking distance to the main attractions. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go

  The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in between of Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. If you're catching the X95 to the airport, it's about 5-7 minutes walk to Syntagma. It's also very close to Adrianou street, which leads to the Acropolis. The hotel also has a rooftop garden, which offers good view to the Acro - The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.
