  I needed a late night stopover so chose the cheapest hotel I could find, not really expecting much, just a place to crash for one night. It was a delight to find such a genuine, friendly, helpful place. It had a lift, the room was quite large, big glass doors open onto the balcony, Wi fi, small but perfectly adequate shower, It's right next - First of all, I would like to comment on all negative comments of some friends earlier about this hotel, I had not read those comments while booking this hotel but on my way to hotel I read them all and was very skeptical whether how would it be?? But honestly I found every thing Excellent.   The value for money....excellent for it's location, and having staied in a triple we had a great view of the Acropolis :). - Proximity to the centre of Athens. The staff were very helpful. Thebreakfast was lovely and the rooms clean the view was spectacular fromthe rooftop balcony.

The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home. I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.
