Met at Chania airport by the Hotel's transport. Reception and check in very friendly and efficient. Taken by car from reception to our bungalow, so did not have to lift or carry luggage. Accommodation spacious and very well equipped and comfortabl - Location, nice price, friendly staff, suberb view and spacious room and balcony or terras. (At the front of the hotel) They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft. Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool. The grounds are very well maintained. Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.   Staff was incredible. They came out to meet us and introduced themselves to us when we arrived. Great family run place- very clean and nice. Close to beach and town- 300 meters, but very quiet and far enough to be away from things and relax and enjoy the area- the best of both worlds. Quiet, but very convenient!! Pool area was excellent.
