Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. We came to Santorini for the wedding of our best friend and we stayed in Solaris. The hotel was very nice near to the center so we could easily reach our friend's hotel walking. Very nice clean swimming pool and a nice little bar there. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The best part of petite palace is the people and service. From the moment you arrive it's as if you are their only guest. The views of the caldera and sunset are one of the best in Santorini and the hotel is luxury, boutique and romantic. Our teenage daughters loved it. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you. The shuttle takes you from Fira to hotel and back multiple times

view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room.
