  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. It is totally beautiful butiquehotel, in a great location to all the bars, clubs, restaurants, busstation (so we could easily reach all locations and we don't like towalk).   This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly. Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampo - Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

  Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou... hva folk sier » ld be difficult. some works needs doing to update the hotel a little, we found the shutters in our bedroom did not close properly so if we had some w - Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates.   the hotel was clean, excellent location, great staff and very helpful, Breakfast was great, The resturant was excellent, I recommend this hotel - It was most comfortable place ever visited, I enjoyed seeing the sunset and seaside with fresh breeze.
