There is nothing to complain about. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.

The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. The hotel is not in the center, but if you have a car is not a problem even walking distance is not a problem because is only 15-20 min from the center. Very quiet place totally new and with very beautiful view o the lake. There is private parking at the front of the hotel. Receptions were very kind and helpful. Excellent deal. Rich breakfast and it is more than enough for travelers.
