  The size of the suite - Although we only spent 5 hours in the hotel, we were very impressed by the friendlyness of the staff at reception and the very big rooms with separate kitchenette and sitting room.

  Everything. When we called to tell we will be late we were told how to get to our room and we had no problems getting in. The room was very spatious, comfortable and clean. Probably the best one in our entire trip. - The hotel is just great! I would not want to stay anywhere else if I ever were to visit Munich again!
