  Hotel Europäischer Hof is a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It is very conveniently situated just by the Central Railway station, and only a short walk from Mönckebergerstrasse and the Innerhafen area.   The standard of the hotel is very high, across the board. We received a pleasant welcome and were escorted to our brand new, spotless room (of 5 star standard) where we spent two relaxing days. It's a short walk to central station but is well equipped with a number of cafes/bars downstairs. The breakfast buffet is amazing and well worth the extra c... hva folk sier » ost. - The hotel was very clean and new, I found none of the problems mentioned by other reviewers. The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.
