  Our view of the vineyards and the mosel river were fabulous. Briedel is a very small town, so dining options were limited. Our hotel had a wonderful breakfast included in our stay, and the rooms were modern and extremely clean and comfortable. The most memorable was how nice Stephan & Frank were.   Staff was outstanding. Got in late after dinner was served, staff still made us sandwiches. Hotel is very neat. Came back to stay the second night and had and excellent dinner. Let them know if you want smoking or none smoking room.   Very well equipped and comfortable cottages - spotlessly clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Close proximity to the Nurburgring a bonus but far enough away to be very peaceful with lovely views over rolling countryside. Excellent Spa included in the price.
