Beautifully set on the water's edge and lovely room. Very new hotel so everything is in excellent condition, yet the rustic quality of the log finish makes it feel homely rather than sterile. Nice deck overlooking the canals and waterways. Very quiet. -

This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort. Fab! - Excellent service of the personel at the hotel. Verry helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was perfect at all. The palace looks like a fairy tail.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel. We stay for only one night. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
