The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. I very much enjoyed my short stay there, and found it excellent. To my regret I couldn't try the internet service and neither the fitness center. If they are so good as the rest of the services, it must be perfect.
