  Very friendly staff, not all English speaking but they make a good effort. Good breakfast (but very weak coffee), good value restaurant in the hotel with traditional meals. The restaurant was very accommodating with a friend who had a food allergy. - Clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable

  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers. If you are going there for a match at BayArena, then the location is good as free buses depart from just outside the hotel - Very friendly staff, comfortable room and really good breakfast.
