  The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

  Very friendly staff, not all English speaking but they make a good effort. Good breakfast (but very weak coffee), good value restaurant in the hotel with traditional meals. The restaurant was very accommodating with a friend who had a food allergy. - Clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable

  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.
