  Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!).   Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area.   The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

  We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. The hotel is a typical conference churner and the rooms very business oriented but very comfortable, good size and floor heating in the bathrooms!   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
