Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

room service was very reasonable and they have an excellent secure luggage storage area. staff are great and the location is good, near to the central station but just outside that seedy area you get near all main stations

nice room with a little fridge, stove, microwave etc. They gave two bottle of water and two bottles of beer a day for free which is very rare in Europe. This was the best placed we stayed during our entire trip accross europe. - Great room, very nice hotel, very nice hotel staff

The staff was very friendly. We had reserved two one-bed rooms, and were upgraded to lovely spacious rooms with incredible views of the castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. I would love to come back to see the new facilities as well, although I hope it is as quaint as this older building is!
