  Friendly staff, good food, nice room - Beautiful views to the lake, big spacious room (although we think we were upgraded as we had booked a room with balcony and initially were put in a room with no balcony). Even though English very limited, staff were friendly and smiley.

  The staff were amazing! Hotel gorgeous - views of the castles beautiful.Food was great. Location wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous - greatjacuzzi tubs. Both our rooms were great. - It was very calm. Rooms very clean. No carpets, but towels to put in front of bed, which is hygienically perfect. Soap dispensers are environmentally friendly

  I have stayed at the Weinbauer twice before over 10 years and it has retained a traditional and personal service with many of the same staff whilst updating its facilities in a modern, sympathetic and comfortable style.   As the name of the hotel implies, we were very happy with this spot. Even the drive from Fussen was amazing (15 min.). We were awestruck by the beautiful mountains, which came right up to the back door of the hotel with easy access to hiking trails.
