  Nice spacious room with a sunny terrace facing mountains and the sunbathing lawn; the room was very quiet, although it was immediately near the covered swimming pool. Great sauna facilities, and not very busy in August. The WiFi is reasonably fast. The breakfast is one of the best we had lately, and we travelled a lot this summer. The lady who served us remembered our preference for coffee from the first morning and - Everything was OK. Thank you. The hotel has its own SPA and sport center. Plus- Aquaria nearby and golf center not so far. Excellent meal, frendly and helpfull stuff, comfortable room. And there are a lot of activities around Oberstaufen. Mountains, waterfalls etc...

  Good location. near the railway staton, and also next to a supermarket. The room was large, nice, well equiped, and with a balcony. The quality of the breakfast was good. Though the price was a little expensive, it's worth the value. - Nice hotel room facing the Alps. Located on Konigsser Strasse which has direct bus to the Konigsee.   I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It is not oft... hva folk sier » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

  The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and the pool, whirlpool and sauna were wonderful. 15 minutes from Garmisch, but it was nice to be away from the busy area down there. The Dome was fantasic and across the street - I stayed at the hotel last month, no issues using the VAT (19% tax savings form for the US Military). As nice as the hotel was, and it was nice, made for a poor ending.
