  Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected

  Logistic, rooms, location, service - Fantastic location, amazing spa and the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. Very easy access to the spa from your room, no need to go through other parts of the hotel which was much appreciated.

  The Front Desk Staff were wounderful, with a positive attitude, and went the extra mile. All info about cultural sites, flights, taxis, and logistics is available instantly. The breakfast buffet was wounderful. The Garden Restaurant is fantastic. The Blue Spa is the answer after a long day. Shopping, churches and museums are within 1km.   Excellent hotel and holiday base in a magnificent setting. Staff very pleasant and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We had a junior suite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor and spacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony / terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Our 7-year old daughter rates th - Absolutely excellent hotel situated in amazingly beautiful 'Bechtesgaden' setting. Staff is very attentive, we were warmly welcomed, and although the weather was terrible they still made our stay into a warm and cozy experience. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.

  It's a very nice hotel, with a good location (although close to thetrain station with all its kebabs and adult shops).
