The room I stayed in was clean and very nicely appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and is convenient to the U-Bahn. This was a very nice "home base" for exploring the Bavarian countryside. We stayed here for 3 nights as a "vacation from our vacation", and it was wonderful to get away from all of the umbrella-toting tour group guides.

The only comment I would make is that the wireless internet was not accessible from the rear building where my room was located. Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.
