On arrival at the hotel we were shown our apartment. We were surprised how spacious it was more than adequate for the three nights we were staying there. We were told it was about an eight minute walk to the lake which would have been OK if it was not so hot . All in all would highly recommend these apartments for a quiet stay near the lake -

Tucked away in a quiet corner of a park complex the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Arrived with my daughter on a motorcycle. Offered a secure garage for over night parking. Swimming pool and sauna were great to relax in after a long days riding. Room was large with small kitchen area if required. B/fast was plentiful with good variety -

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is located in the most beautiful town of Durbach. Everything is in close proximity. The space in the room was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, with good variety. Free parking was a bonus. -

Beautiful location in the forest - a stunning drive! A friendly, older couple running the hotel who couldn't do enough. Our bedroom was actually a 2bedroomed flat, 90msquared in size with a kitchenette!

Everything! The Hotel is right on the B500 so wonderful road to ride in either direction. Close to Baden-Baden.
This was our 2nd time of staying and we were greeted like old friends.
Decoration of the rooms is exceptionally pretty.
We had called to pre-book the fondue again as we had enjoyed it so much last time. Didn't disappoint the second time round.
Already planning to go back later in the year.

We had a beautiful view of the lake. There is hiking and a wonderful resturaunt, The Kurhaus up the street. No fishing though...you have to get a licence(not at walmart like America) a written test takes a long time to get. - The room was overall very clean, nicely warm despite the outside cold temperature and the bathroom was very new and modern.
