Staff very courteous.I would stay here again. - I liked the size of the room, and that it included bath/toilet facilities.   A fabulous hotel. We had a room specialy made up for us when we requeted a balcony with a view. We stayed last year and we were not dissapointed this year. Wonderful warm large swimming pool.   Staff was very helpful, room had a small sitting area plus a small balcony with table and 2 chairs, and all was very clean. The city of Konstanz provides free bus passes. To get them, show your passport and fill in a form with the hotel staff. Breakfast is available for an additional 8 euros per person. It had hot eggs and potatoes on the weekend,... hva folk sier » but was cold dishes only on weekdays. - We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. It's outside of the main city area, but you get a free bus pass for the 10 minute ride downtown if you stay more than 2 nights. It's nice to be in a quieter area and right on the lake, which you don't get in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

  This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff spoke English and dinner there was delicious! There is a walking trail that leads from the hotel to other trails in the area, and our room included a beautiful balcony that overlooked the lake a few kilometers away.
