The hotel looks like a very typical Black Forest hotel ( old rustic and German ) The breakfast is always the same but with good meats, cheese and 2 large rolls,1 cup of orange juice and cofee. The hotel manager who is at breakfast everyday speaks very good English and German and makes good conversation.The cable T.V. has a very good full spectrum

Excellent location with fantastic view from balcony overlooking fruit fields and the black forest mountains.
The food was substantial and delicious. The restraunt/bar is very characteristic and has original features. I had the pork loin skerers which was very tender and moist and my partner had pork and spetzles which she thought was very tasty.

The hotel and its staff are superb. A colleague of mine had issues with delayed luggage from the airline, which the hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Very helpful and kind, which was much appreciated. The food is also of the highest standard too. A lovely place.

Nothing to complain about, very friendly Personal at the Reception and in the Breakfast Room. A stylish accomodation in new and smart renovated 300 Year old Houses.
