Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. The buildings are beautiful, as is the decor. There is every facility you could ever want and the parkland grounds are stunning

good location, friendly staff, had no time to eat outside - but i've enjoyed high french cusine (in the hotel restaurant) for a reasonable price - The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The location was central and right in fron of the park.

I loved our two nights at the Quisisana!!! We were treated royally and loved every minute of it. What a dream weekend!! I let the staff know that it was our first time to Baden - Baden and that my wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously upgraded our room to the most luxurious room I have every seen much less spent the

I cannot thank the staff enough!!! - Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel.
