Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. The hotel's location can't be any better - right by the lake, in the center of Langenargen (by shops, restaurants and the farmers market), and 2 min walk to the ferry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and with amazing views of the lake and if no fog, the mountains.

The view on Lake Constance was spectacular. With an excellent location (right on the lake shore) there was always a delightful breeze blowing. The restaurant was very good.

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.
