Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. The hotel's location can't be any better - right by the lake, in the center of Langenargen (by shops, restaurants and the farmers market), and 2 min walk to the ferry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and with amazing views of the lake and if no fog, the mountains.

The view on Lake Constance was spectacular. With an excellent location (right on the lake shore) there was always a delightful breeze blowing. The restaurant was very good.

Was wondering why the price went up? When I stayed 2 week ago it was 67,00 euro/night. This time it was 77,00 euro/night. Why did the price increase? - Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Due to the lack of Air-Conditioning in our Room, they cheerfully provided a Fan when we requested one.

The day time, depends on the room but the room I stayed was really hot and shiny, but after the sunset, we could have a really comfortable time at the large balcony. Very nice hotel and specially very friendly people in the front. My room was big, clean, with a very nice view.
