  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

  Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hote... hva folk sier » l which was nice, reasonable enough price of 10 euro. Rooms on the small side but we literally were out all day and were only looking for a place to p - Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market. Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

Buses door to door from city and station. Secure as door locked at 8pm but given own key to come and go. The staff was friendly, the location very practical and the place has a general positive feeling about it. Also, it was much appreciated that our early check-in request was taken into account and we could move into the room as early as 8:00! - As recommended by other guests, we found it in a good location for sightseeing, the room was very clean and quite comfortable for 3, the breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. In general, it was very good for those traveling on budget for sightseeing and small businesses.

  Relatively cheaper than other three star hotels. It could make you feel at home as this is the actual residence with one bedroom and separate kitchen/bathroom. The good thing was there's a washing machine but no dryer.

  We enjoyed stay in a room with canal view, looking at Sony Center and Reichtag. Excellent location. Very cosy room, with kitchen. Friendly staff. Thank you. - The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is amazing that a hotel with such a great price is so close to the Potsdamer Platz. Great access to public transport.

  Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all.   Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions .
