The location is perfect since it is just a few steps away from the
closest metro station - actually transportation in Berlin can never be
a problem. The staff is really helpful about whatever you ask for.
Toilets and showers are usually clean. Dorm rooms are cleaned
frequently. This hostel also has its own cafe where you can dine or
have breakfast in the morning.

The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

The hostel is located right next to Voltarstrasse u-bhan station (Underground) which was quite handy. But if you are up for a walk then Alexanderplatz is only 25 mins away. Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that
even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and
space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our
stuff. The communal areas were cleaned and the breakfast were good as
well. I certainly recomment it!

It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing
to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again
