  Brand new hotel in excellent but calm location in Berlin- "Mitte", only 10 min. Walking distance to the Parliament`s quarter/central station/Brandenburg gate/Hacke`scher Markt, nicely furbished & relatively spacious rooms with two big room-high windows which can be opened to a french balcony, appealing room design & -concept, extra toilet ... hva folk sier » separated from the bathroom (this is great!), free minibar, calm small garden in the courtyard with garden chairs and a small bassin, very stylish rec - Hotel I31 is a great design hotel in a good location in Berlin. The staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of options for meat

  It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.   Handy for central station and the hop on hop off bus. The room we had was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. - Staff were extremley friendly and helpful. rooms large and individual, had character. Close to underground trains.

  Good location near the most vibrant and interesting part of Berlin, small but very nicely furbished and stylish calm rooms, absolutely clean, good housekeeping, excellent breakfast served in the small but cosy restaurant or outside in the courtyard, extremely competent and supportive staff in the restaurant (being early at breakfast: "no problem, ... hva folk sier » I`ll get you the rea...") and the reception desk (they did the shipment of an important document for me, reliable and just as a matter of course - tha - Excellent design, rooms are of a good size and well isolated. Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.

  I liked the fact that it was so close to a U-Bahn station, close to other major U and S-Bahn stations. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and it was equipped with all the basics one could need. The internet was pretty good for my basic needs, after all I didn't go to Berlin just to stay in the apartment. It was in a great area, right by U-Bahn and other public transport, and walking distance from some great places. There are also a few really cool bars very nearby - Mein Haus am See was particularly good. Recommend to any group of mates on a holiday who want to be in the thick of the action.
