The room was nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and provide very good service. The room we were given was massive and also the bathroom and we also had a small balcony looking over the rooftops of hamburg. I sat there when we arrived, but unable the next day due to it raining. The breakfast was very good for the cost and staff very helpful and pleasant.

The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake.
