The staff is really warm and welcoming, the fact of being on a boat is for itself really cool. With a 15 minutes walk you are in the Altstadt and in the Neustadt. The russian cuisine is nice and cheap. I definetely recommend this place! -

There's a small shopping center just by the tram stop which has
great food. There's a bakery with good coffee, and an excellent
Vietnamese takeaway (or eat in.) I didn't have breakfast at the
Weltcafe as I preferred to have a coffee and bun at the place
mentioned above.

The room was perfectly clean, beds comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, willing to help, friendly, speaks good English. Breakfast was really excelent with varied choice of different food, although the dinning room was quite small, breakfast was pleasurable experience. Really good location, close to tram and it was only 15-20 minut slow walk to the city center so we didn´t get the tram.

Very easy 5-10 minute tram ride to the center- stops a block from the hotel. Little shops near by for fruit, mail, etc. Lovely neighborhood, too. Very simple rooms, but spotless.
