  The location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. - The entire staff we met was friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional, location and convenience, the scenery, the manager's welcome reception, all exceptional. We will stay there again as we travel to this area 3-4 times a year.   Awesome place. Cannot drive anything larger than a small car up theroad. The lift is something you should not miss even if you candrive up! Beautiful place for wellness; fresh air, amazing views,top grade accomodations! Would recommend again and again.
