We thought that the standard of cleanliness and service of Sofitel was excellent and the food in the restaurant and tapas bar was also of high quality. The best location in Cologne! The hotel is nearly brand new and i also love the breakfast! - This is a first class hotel with good facilities. The location is great, we had a view of the cathedral from our room window. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

My room had the best air-conditioning. It was very hot and humid in Koeln but I slept very well. Breakfast was good on the whole. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Location is superb right in the Hauptbahnhof.

Personalet var superhyggelige, og leiligheten vi bodde på var fresh og delikat. Beskrivelsen fra nettsiden stemte godt overens, og vi ble positivt overrasket. Vi bodde i en leilighet på 65 km2 med tre sengeplasser. Perfekt å ha litt plass. Vi måtte krysse gaten for å spise frokost, 30 meter å gå. Rommene på hotellet så derimot veldig små ut.
