  Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rommet var fint. - From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and remained that way throughout our stay. Ideal location to explore Cologne. The whole stay was perfect. - Hotel was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Our room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the Dom.

  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome.
