The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

Very good, economical choice for a couple of days in the city. At first sight it didn't fulfill my expectations, but i soon changed my mind. It's in a walkable to the city centre location, 20 minutes in a low pace, going by the river, or if someone doesn't want to walk can take the tram from a stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. The local staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made our stay quite nice. Although the hotel's central booking department (located elsewhere) was confusing and not so responsive. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the area. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave. - The location is superb, just 5 min. walk to the downtown and Metro rail. Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).
