In a building with a huge shopping center. ( marktkhauf). Around you many outlet centers. Few feets away from both the swiss and the french borders. You also have the hotel patio, where it is open untill midnight. There is big family park across the street from the hotel.

  We only found this hotel because everything in Basel was booked out or too expensive. And what luck that was. It's a three minute train ride in to Basel, and was perfect for us to see the Art Fair. The staff at the Ott Hotel are so kind and friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. When asking about a taxi or bus one morning to get ... hva folk sier » to a nearby museum, we were surprised and delighted to be offered a ride there by the owner himself. After a recent and very ordinary experience in Pa - second time we booked the hotel as halfway stop to our destination. We were surprised about the nice redone rooms. But a short walk to towncentre. Free parking and internet gives always an extra value.
