Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where
taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great
restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore
that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very
easy to not leave the hotel

I liked that you could just walk to the main Hauptbahnhof and go directly to the airport on platform 103... taking the S8 or S9. (the more someone can say this, the better for tourists that might get lost). I liked that the minibar was included in the price... I like that the TV was above eye level so you can look up and have a more direct contact

This is a relatively small hotel, not very special, but calm, clean,
satisfying. It is very close to Frankfurt main station (just 3 min walk
from the station´s “Süd” entrance). The tram station is in front of the
main station. The internet in the room (wlan) worked perfectly. The
elevator is small (fits for two), but fine. The breakfast is not very
sophisticated, the food spectrum is relatively small, but all food was

The staff were the most friendly that I have ever met in a hotel. Fromthe multi lingual receptionist right down to the breakfast staff wishingeveryone tcheuss in the morning. Clean, comfortable, good tv selectionand flat screen. Free internet. The not for profit mini bar wasexcellent, ie 1 euro per beer, drink or snack.... You get a greatbreakfast

The rooms are slightly small, but this is to be expected by European standards.
