  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... hva folk sier » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

  Fantastic central location, within walking distance of all major sites and plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse. Room was not overlooking street, so in a quiet position looking onto a small, albeit scruffy, garden/courtyard.
