Wonderful! The place is cool, quiet, and very confortable. The view from the balcony overlooks a pleasant backyard. The kitchen is small but offers everything you need, including a washing machine. The apartment is in front of a beautiful park and 15 minutes walk from Alexander Platz. -

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char
