Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

It is a well functioning hotel to sleep in. Friendly staff, clean room, free wi-fi everywhere in hotel (you need to ask for a login and password at receprtion), nice breakfast (muesli, sandwiches, fresh pastry, tea/coffee). There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but I got one at reception.

The staff were the most friendly that I have ever met in a hotel. Fromthe multi lingual receptionist right down to the breakfast staff wishingeveryone tcheuss in the morning. Very good, economical choice for a couple of days in the city. At first sight it didn't fulfill my expectations, but i soon changed my mind. The local staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made our stay quite nice. Although the hotel's central booking department (located elsewhere) was confusing and not so responsive. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the area. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.
