Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again.

Great location. Wonderfully comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were verygood with a great variety of different foods on offer. The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception. The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

We thought that the standard of cleanliness and service of Sofitel was excellent and the food in the restaurant and tapas bar was also of high quality. We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.
