  Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; they were very happy to provide dinner at short notice despite the kitchen about to close for the evening. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very good and provided good value for money. The room also had a balcony and accepted pets which was very useful as we had a dog travelling with us. - The... hva folk sier » re was a problem with the booking (they had no details of our stay) . Within 15 mins it was all sorted out. All credit to the hotel management.
