  The hotel and restaurant were both wonderful. We had a very good and reasonably priced dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was one of the best that we had during our trip. The chocolate shop at the hotel had a very good selection of beautifully made candies. The staff were also very friendly and went out... hva folk sier » of their way to ensure that we had a nice stay. - Fantastic hotel, it is located right in the center of the town, so very easy to walk out the door and explore Fussen. Onsite parking is in the back of the hotel. Our family room was large, very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the town square and the mountains. The hotel has a bakery as a storefront and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was very generous and excellent.

  If you visit this place once it will stay long not only in your memory but deep in your heart. Fairy tail nature is added by very nice and friendly people who are living and coming there. Kitchenette in the apartment which was a bonus, including dishwasher. You get a "Fussen Card" during your stay, which gives you free public transport and a discount on your castle tickets. The hotel is easy to get to, a 5-10 min drive or 15min bus ride from Fussen. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel (Strandbad Hopfensee) where you can get bus 56 which comes eve
