Free wifi. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Shower was excellent, proper power shower. The aero chocolate carpeting throughout was amusing. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We used it as a stopover back to Calais from Berlin and would use it again. Highly recommended... The Hotel is centrally located in the Ruhr, is nice and clean, good value for money. We visited several industrial monuments and in the evening the Zollverein by night, because of it's central location we good do a lot in this weekend.
alle vurderinger » On the last evening, the hotel had an issue with the water system and they have us bottles of water to drink instead. All the staffer we're very friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. Helpfull staff, hotel was superb value for the city the size of Essen, very clean and tidy. Also good area for shops and stations, Taxi service was punctual. Good location 10min walking from cc, 20min from train station, 10min from university. New place and quite. I liked the location of the hotel - 5 min walk to the center, the cleanliness, the profitable price. would book there again; good value. Near major shopping center; everything in walking distance. Cleanliness. Smart design. Accuracy of description before arriving. Check-in efficiency. The attitude of the staff was excellent , professional and friendly. New and nicely equipped, good breakfast, free parking, free WLAN. it is clean and well maintained, parking is free and new hotel. Friendly staff, easy check-in, parking, good value for money. The sink had left overs from some elses nose emptying exercises. The wifi connection was so slow i used my own. The staff was not bothered to helping guest. Horrible place.. Even though I'm not vegetarian, but my partner is, they had the cheese on the cold meats tray... Nothing. breackfast a bit too expencive for the price. The staff was not very friendly. Yes, they have internet service free; but on occasion sluggish. Improvable. Nothing. You get what you expect and you get what you pay for. I could not get the internet despite several attempts. The system of having to wait for a rext message connection password seems unnesscessarilly complex. Bed mattress is low quality which does not provide for a good sleep. Which is important when you are on a business trip. nothing. Too hot. Personal doesn't speak Russian as it is written on their website. No services at all in the evening. I simply wanted to get a glass of ice late evening. Couldn't!. Bit far from any 'life'. As always i dont like carpets on the floor. It is basic hotel, so not the best place for longer stay, but for a couple of days is ok. location of of the hotel quite away from everythintg.
