Room was very clean, completely new furnished, hotel very near to central station, hbf and cologne dom, the old market and the rhein river (all can be reached by walk 10-15 min). Breakfast was also nice.

However, there was one thing that I didn't like from that hotel which is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was so poor in the third floor. Even if I wanted to chat with my friend, I would go down stairs which the wi-fi is so good under the third floor. This is what I didn't like from that hotel.
