The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was amazing. It was very clean, with a great view. It was also spacious with a kitchenette. It was like living in a small loft-style apartment for a couple days. Excellent room for the price and helpful staff.location, price and size of room. discretion of the crew. Staff very goodl. The size of the room, easily accessible, clean. It's location, + comfort. Wonderful, large and light room.Good beds, good and friendly service.The room is clean and spacious. We reserved a parking space, because the website mentioned this was possible, but the hotel didn't have parking spaces.The door locking system was unsafe, and should be changed. Very strange smell like wet towels throughout the rooms. Hard to find the location.Too few blankets (one per each one of us both) and they were not very big. The first night the room smelled a lot like cigarettes and I have no idea why. Small elevator, no curtains, no towel for kitchen. There was no telephone connection available to the room. However the apartment facilities were poor..no table or chairs for eating, no delph or cutlery that could be used. The bathroom light didnt work nor did the shaver light. There was no extra duvet. There was no one at checkout when I left at 8.30am and so I could not pay. I could not block out the sunlight to sleep.
